100nl TPGK facing aggression from unknown

Never seen this guy before, Doesnt seem any good, was playing off 28/5 or something like that over around 100 hands

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $175.95
BB: $70.95
UTG: $37.30
CO: $87.45
Hero (BTN): $99.10

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, CO calls $1.00, <font color="red">Hero raises to $5.00</font>, 2 folds, CO calls $4.00

Flop: ($11.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
CO checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $7.00</font>, CO calls $7.00

Turn: ($25.50) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
CO checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $15.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $40.00</font>, Hero??

Pot Size: $80.50 ($2 Rake)

I feel like folding this is really weak but what do I beat that plays like this? It's either a shove or fold cos of stack sizes. A lot of the time my rational is this guy is probably a donk and donks play's don't make sense cos they donks.....but I still end up folding cos I'm a nit
