2/4, 200 BBs deep facing heat on paired flop

I'm running at about 22/18, but have folded to a few three bets and haven't been out of line at all. I got my stack on a set over set hand where I check/raised pf.

Villain in this hand is 18/10/1.0 with a WTSD of 11 (only an 84 hand sample though). He hasn't done much of anything. He got his stack by flopping TPQK and calling down a loose player.

Hero ($774.20)
BB ($633)

MP ($460.30)
CO ($625)

Final Pot: $386

To fold this I have to put him on exactly A7 or 33, but what else does he do this with?

He pretty much has to put me on a 7 (or maaaaybe a strong draw) and he 4-bets an amount that suggests he's not going anywhere. I don't think 6h5h type hands are too likely from him, but I could be wrong. There's some chance he does this with a 7 with a worse kicker I guess.

This felt weak, but with 200 BBs I didn't feel like shoving made sense.

Thouhts?
