This is such a meritless argument. If you buy this, then we should outlaw live gambling (and shut down Vegas), alcohol, and guns, because they do far more harm to people than internet poker. Blaming online poker for this nutjob robbing a bank is like blaming a gun manufacturer when some psycho uses it to kill somebody. With freedom comes responsibility.

You don't think they would try and get that banned if they could, too? It surprises me how many people seem to think logic has anything to say about this situation. Online poker was a fairly easy shot to take, since there aren't any huge lobbies backing it, so they took it.
