How would you play this flush/draw? where to slowdown, where to give up? would you bet the river too?

Hero bets 60c on the flop..check check the rest fold UI.

I have a fl/draw thats it no paint, I took a shot on the flop he called, I am done with the hand

The bet on the flop is fine I guess but I would just check turn after he calls the flop bet.

if I check the flop, villain will put in a PSB and I wouldn't have the odds to call that bet. However if I bet, I have folding equity+my flsuh draw.

Might just be me, but I think a smaller bet on the flop, like around $0.40 still gives you a shot at winning the pot right there while risking less chips.

After you've met resistance on the flop I think I'd just check/fold the turn and river.

I agree. It's an unraised pot no need to get too crazy. It would be kind of hard to get paid if you hit and that pot is small enough to not be worth fighting for.
