you can't have to royals, so its just possible, id the board is the royal, then it's a split

I'm pretty sure if there are two royal flushes out in stud or 5CD the person with the highest ranking suit wins the hand.

The rankings of suits from highest to lowest are, spades, hearts, diamonds, clubs.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong though.

No rank in suits. Same hands split the pot.

You have it confused. When people draw cards for dealer position, the high card gets the button. If players have cards of the same rank, the cards are ranked from lowest to highest as follows: clubs, diamonds, hearts, spades.

This suit ranking typically only applies to getting the button. It does not apply to the actual strength of a poker hand.

X2...Same as two players with identical straights or flushes, two pairs with same kickers, etc.

In theory, the hands chop.

In practice, unless you are playing with a lot of wild cards, you are being cheated by someone who thinks the suits matter, and you aren't going to win any arguments. Quit.

it sould be the same as if both players had a AT742 flush, they would chop.
