Reads so far, Villain has been playing a pretty solid game, but I haven't seen him show down. I have been playing a pretty straight forward game, but I did just bust a LAG with a loose call to catch an inside straight a couple hands before this one.

I personally think he was slowplaying a set from the flop. or 65 from the turn after making a loosish flop call.

The odds aren't indefensible if you want to play bluff catcher, but if you thought he was a solid player, then let the two pair go.

You don't really beat anything but a bluff here. He cold called the 1000 CR by you with players still to act which leads me to believe he is drawing or flopped a huge hand. All the draws get there except 9-10 so I most likely fold here. Completing with 73o is pretty bad imo.

Tend to agree with this, looks like an easy river fold.

We have like 130BB's and are getting 10/1, everyone else has some chips to play with, I don't see anything wrong with chucking in the extra 100 to try to hit 2 pair or something and stacking someone who can't release an overpair, TP etc.

Re: 2 pair on draw heavy board

Stop putting money into the pot after the flop. I'm not sure if that raise is ridiculous huge, but whatever, it's 5x the bet. So they are calling you. The range of hands they could have is very wide and it's hard to say if they are idiots who love top pair, or a small overpair 99-JJ, or a set like 77 or 88.

After you get two callers on that flop and then a 4 hits the turn, you need to slow down a little. Throwing money into the pot is making it extremely large and you don't want to be dumping more and more chips trying to figure out how to win the hand, when all you're going to be doing is throwing away chips while giving everyone and their mother odds to keep playing - especially when the board has a big draw like that.

My initial reaction is that he had you on the flop. If he didn't, he probably wouldn't have kept calling you down. Your hand looks like top pair or some kind of overpair like 99 or TT, maybe JJ.

So as played, fold the River. All players still in are saying they have something that can beat whatever hand you're holding.

Also, I highly doubt that your previous hand with the inside straight factored into this at all.

fold pf, donkbet flop around t1000, bet around 3500 on turn,

as played this is a fold, but I never belive them when they underbet so I would call

Isn't that the reason why you shouldn't call? If BB is any type of "solid player," he's going to know that he has a big hand and needs to figure out a way to get more chips. Going all-in is not going to do that as it's going to chase away a huge % of hands. He makes a small bet to give everyone odds to call.
