Good adjustment or bad?

I play alot of free Tournyes in FL. You play for free but you win certificates and those certificates give you entry into bigger tourneys that lead to a free buy in in Vegas.
Usually starts with two tables and blinds at 100-200 and you start with only 2500 in chips.

My theory because of the money vs. blinds. No preflop raising unless you have QQ KK AA because five people will call you. So I think you limp with great hands and they will bet your hand for you and you show down better hands 80% of the time. Preflop raise does not limit the field. Does anyone feel this adjustment is a good one?

this is a REALLY bad strategy.

with 12.5 bbs you should be raising a lot of hands and pretty much whenever there are several limpers to you and you have a pocket pair, AJ+, KQ you should be shoving preflop.

they blinds are too big for you to sit back and wait for hands. the fast structure should make you more aggressive and not less.

Yeah...if you know some of the players tendencies there after a while, you should also be more aggressive in LP with a wider range of hands as well.
