Why are people playing on stars ? Tables all less than 18%
There are currently 7 tables of 5-10 full ring going.
All with less than 18% flop seen percentage. There are 8 tables of 3-6 going all with less than 17% flop seen percentage. My question is why are people playing in these games ? There are obviously 0 fish in the game, is the rakeback so good that it is worth it to sit down with 9 other pros on every single table ? What the hell is going on. Where are all the fish ? The only reason I even played this week is for the double VIP points. The games are likes this all the time even during regular non promo days. |

This was one thing I always wondered from stars. The players there seem to be so much more nitty than any other sites. I wish Pokerstars has the same marketing team as Partypoker, it would be the greatest pokersite ever.

lol weaktightfullringplayeraments [/ QUOTE ] it's not just the full ring games, I find the same for the shorthanded NL games. The 6max NL games on pokerstars and party are like night and day. |

What site would you recommend? What are the table averages for FTP, for example?
The past week or so has been partically bad at Pokerstars in terms of VP$IP and pot size averages. |

I like playing FR NL on Stars against a bunch of multitabling nits. You are assuming tight players are better players.

Re: Why are people playing on stars ? Tables all less than 18%
People play this games because they think they can outplay their opponents after the flop. And the really good players have a lot of success doing that.
Good LAGs destroys average tight aggro. Poker is much more about playing after the flop than Pre. |
