Can\'t login at FTP
 

I played earlier today with no problem, when i try to login now, i first get "waiting for permissin to Login...", takes some time, then I get "The account you are attempting to access has denied your login".

Anybody experienced this before? I have mailed support.

it means ur act is logged on at a different location

So i am "hacked"? Im only a small stake player, i do 12-table though, but seems strange.. I can hope its a bug or something? I have a friend searching my nick, and im not sitting at any tables, though it only takes a few hands to empty me or whatever [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img].

FTP support seem slow, haven't got a reply, sending a mail to ftpDoug, don't know if this is something for him toough. Any other suggestions?

Play at a site that reply to you in a timely manner, FTP is unsafe as someone might hack your account and it might take days until you even get a reply.

Problem solved 5min after i sent mail to ftpdoug [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img], he suspended account and sent information about balance wich was correct [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. So hopefully i will be back at the tables soon.

this morning, and a few accounts got caught up in the system.

Your account should work again within a few days, as we are going to do a
restart to flush out the players in your position.
