NL$25: TPTK linecheck

Im not quite sure how i played the hand. Villan seemed to be a fish that could limp UTG with any ace, king, queen.
Should i have reraised on the flop and folded to a push? raise the turn? i wasnt really sure where i was at so i tried to keep the pot small.
The bet on the river was a block bet, didnt want him to move all in with nothing. wouldve folded to a raise there.
