Steps to solve this algebra equation

Could someone please show me the steps to solve this algebra equation? I know the answer (using an online tool) but apparently all algebra has leaked out of my head since high school and the tools didn't show their work.

(x+290)/x = 4.75x, solve for x

So sorry for the simplicity.

times each side by x, minus (x+290) from each side, then use quadratic forumla.
