Multitable stars
 

If I cascade tables and select pop-up table on action, does that table remain active until I act on it or will another pop-up? I would like that table to remain active till I take action.

They will pop as action is called for, so tables awaiting your action will pop up over other tables awaiting your action. I don't recommend doing that as you can find yourself accidentally clicking on the wrong action on the wrong table.

One time i multitabled on stars and then i was playing more than one table at once, is that legal or is that like illegal agaisnt legitimate poker rules and stuff since you cant play more than one table at once in real life?

It's perfectly legal and super common. If they didn't allow it, you wouldn't be able to open more than a single table. Multitabling is how online poker can be very profitable.
