There's an old Polish joke about the Polish lottery, where the million-dollar winner gets paid $1 a year for a million years.

Anybody got video of the rigged Pennsylvania lottery from a long time ago? They say that a few ping pong balls were floating near the top, waiting to get sucked up, and the rest were barely in the air at the bottom of the drum. The legend goes on that everybody was in on it, and the four-digit number, which usually paid about 5000-1, got less than 2000-1 that night.
