NL400, QQ taking a passive line, is this a call on the river?

Villain is 16/13/4.77

At the moment the hand was played it feeled like an easy fold. But the more I think about the hand, the more I think a call could be quite good as well. Villain is a descent player, but also capable of making some tricky moves here and there. By the line I take, I assume he puts me on a flopped set (turned boat), JJ/QQ and maybe even A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]/A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. By my check on the river, he now narrows my range down to JJ/QQ and a busted flushdraw (the A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] one, not the A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] one since I'd bet out with that one after his check behind on the turn) So basically he can be holding anything with this push here, since the flush didn't complete, and the K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] is quite a scarecard for JJ/QQ.

What do you guys think about calling here? Am I right with the above thought process or am I way off?

Because, almost no river card can help you, and many can help him... why else? If you bet the turn you typically will get more action. He easily could have like K-Xd( X being J, Q, or A). As played, the fold is good on river
