Is the BB tight? Is he loose? Does he like to defend his BB? Will he see this as a steal?

You still have room to maneuver, and if he believes that being at 1400 is too low he may be calling with any pair, JT, Q2+, K2+, A2+ (just pulling these hands out of thin air)

I think I'm shoving ATC here, he still has 1400 behind so I think he folds enough for this to be correct.
