He's got K9, there's nothing you can do. I think a 2nd barrel might have taken it down, but it's spew.

Re: Damn C-bet

How should I adjust my play when I consistently get called on my c-bets like this? tighten up preflop I guess, but should I start checking on flops more often aswell?

Re: Damn C-bet

You could play the more passive approach, or you can start two barreling more and c/r turns with air against floaty villains.

In this hand villain was constantly calling my pf raises floating flop and betting the turn.

Re: Damn C-bet

that would work, how about if villain bets about 4/5 of the pot on the turn.. kinda expensive to reraise then?

Re: Damn C-bet

Hi.
I have this problem too so if a villain has a "fold to c-bet" below 50 I simply donīt c-bet if I dont hit (and I havnīt for the past 2 months!!!) Maybe itīs week, but itīs really frustrating to bet the flop just to have to give it up on the turn.
Advice please!!

Re: Damn C-bet

I wouldn't have c/r the turn if he bet 4/5 of the pot.
