Only if the CO and button are very good players, and even then I doubt it because the BB isn't shortstacked enough, and one of them might fancy doubling up to be bubble bully. But at 16, a clear fold.

You might be able to get away with a play here if it was a standard raise. Here you can safely assume at least one of these guys is calling with a big hand to boot.
