Villain is 26/6/1 over about 100 hands, no real reads on him , I run at 13/7/1.6. This fold alright ? What's optimal amount to Reraise PF with KK in this spot ? $14ish ?

Definetly more like 14, 10 is not enough. I probably fold this unless you know him to be a donk.

Yes, this is a toughish spot actually preflop as you are a tad deeper than usual and to reraise enough to clearly remove set odds you'd have to reraise to $4 + $112/8 which means $18 which is quite an overbet.

But my standard 3bet is 3x his bet so I usually do that and play poker after the flop.

Regarding flop I think it is a very very close fold if you respect his game.

Seems really close with your calculations. I like your idea of tripling villains bet in these situations, i'm gonna incorporate that into my game. Thanks for the info !
