This looked like a PP to me, 99 or 1010 possibly a AJ?

Because of my weak looking turn bet I chose to value bet this river

He seems kinda nitty to take to valuetown. Unless you have some kind of read that he's a nitty station (?) this seems really thin. Looks more like KQ and he's too worried about AK to bet.

That was my 1st thought as well but is he going to check the flop check the turn and then check the river with a K?

His aggresion factor was 3

Yeh, but his aggression is going to look inflated due to his low preflop numbers.
