Bet the turn. c/c is not that great because you risk it getting checked through.

Answering your river question is kind of difficult because the card that comes off has allot to do with the appropriate action.

I'd fire again on the turn, probably $20 or so. You can probably still get some value out of worse hands. If he calls and the river is a blank then I'd bet half the pot or so and fold to a raise. His AF is so low that I'd fold to a raise on either the turn or the river.
