Help me build a sandwich

There is a Deli by my apartment that makes really good, big, sandwiches that are only $5 after tax. Since I go there quite often, I've had all of their basic sandwiches and would like to try something new. They can be either hot or cold. Their "Build your own" menu looks something like this:

Meats:
Ham, Hard Salami, Turkey, Roast Beef, Italian Roast Beef, Spicy Pastrami, Chicken (sliced, Bacon, Tuna/Chicken/Egg Salad, Meatballs, Corned Beef, Chicken Breast

Cheeses:

Provolone, Baby Swiss, Monteray Jack, Peperjack, Chive Havarti, Cheddar, Muenster

Toppings:

Lettuce, Onions, Tomato, Green Peppers, Cucumbers, Sprouts, Olives, Jalapeños, Banana Peppers, Sunflower Seeds, Guacamole, Sauerkraut

Sauces:

Mayo, Italian Dressing, "Special Sauce," Bacon Dijon Mayo, Zesty California Sauce?, Herb Mayo, Ranch, Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, Honey Mustard, Dijon Mustard, BBQ Sauce, Tomato Sauce, "Zesty Caliente Sauce"

Breads:

Rye, Sourdough, Pumpernickel, Vienna White, Whole Wheat, Kaiser Rolls, French Rolls, Fococcia Rolls, Whole Wheat Rolls, Wild Rice Kaiser Rolls, Onion Rolls

Anyone got an awesome sandwich I haven't tried?

chicken breast (especially if breaded), pepperjack, bacon, lettuce, tomato, peppers, red onions, bbq sauce on a kaiser roll

edit: throw on an onion ring or two if you can get those instead of the red onion

Red Onions available, not rings though I don't think. Sounds good. Hot?

Turkey, chive havarti, lettuce, onions, tomato, sprouts, guacamole, on sourdough or foccacia. Had a sandwich almost like this, but with pesto sauce instead of guacamole. Very good stuff.

Or try a Reuben if you’ve never had one.

Sounds good too. I have had many Reubens... and they make a pretty good one.

You should PM Daniel Negreanu. He's supposed to make a mean sandwich.
