Re: anybody ever withdrawn a check from fulltilt before

With that in mind, please be aware that prior to your first check
withdrawal, we will need you to verify your account information by
sending us valid photo ID and proof of address. Please email us a clear
scan of these documents:

1) Photo ID:
One of the following: Valid Driver's License, Passport,
Government-issued ID

2) Proof of Address:
One of the following: Bank/Credit Card statement, Utility Bill, Cell
Phone Bill, Home or Auto Insurance papers (recently dated ? within past
60 days).

Requirements:
- Scans must be clear and legible (400 dpi+ recommended)
- Only full documents accepted (bill or pay stubs do not apply)
- Address verification must match your Full Tilt Poker account

We prefer that you email us scanned images of your documents, however,
you may also fax these documents to 1-877-TILT-FAX. Please include your
Player ID on all pages.

Once you are verified for checks, you may request a withdrawal through
the Cashier window for the amount you want to cash out. After pressing
"OK", you will receive an email from us that your request is being
processed and as soon as it is approved.

You may request a check withdrawal once per 24 hours and up to twice
every 7 days. Checks can be requested for withdrawals between $150 and
$5,000.

Checks are delivered by USPS mail and average 10 business days for
delivery (from the time of your withdrawal request: 1-3 days processing
and 3-7 days delivery time). Business days are Monday through Friday
with the exception of bank observed holidays. Delivery times to
destinations outside the Continental United States will vary.

If there's anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to
ask. Best of luck at the tables!
