Should I just let this small pot go? 2/5 NL Live

2/5 Uncapped. Villan is a bad regular. He is pretty passive, plays draws passively.

Hero is playing pretty loose, open raising about 30% of hands, c betting about 60%. I am the table captain, but have shown down the nuts when the big $$ goes in, and I have been stacking fish left and right. I have a solid/winning/aggro image.

Villan has $500, hero covers ($2000).

Hero opens for standard $20 with QQ UTG, UTG + 1 calls, MP calls.

Hero bets $50 into $60.

UTG + 1 folds, MP raises to $125. Hero????

This is probably an easy fold.
Only other thing i could see is call and not put another dime in (hoping he's protecting his 1pair hand).

But meh, live players suck so much you never know.
