I like c/c too.
I lead 1/2 pot here and cry if he raises. Actually pushing is probably better as it looks like you could be bluffing a missed straight draw and you'll still get looked up by KK,AA.

I prob just call turn aswell, you might aswell push river cause if your raised youll have to call anyways.

It's funny, this is what I'd probably do in reality, but I think we're leaving a lot of value by checking. If he pushes here are we calling anyway? That would be gross.

I agree to some extent concerning leaving value, but betting that river weakly is a recipe to be outplayed if you plan on folding to a shove. Keep in mind, we might have been behind this entire hand.
