I like a check/shove. Betting shuts out pocket pairs/lower pairs, while they may bluff the turn or call the river. A flush draw may bet and be forced to (or incorrectly) call your push as a dog.

i was half serious cause I would play it like that once in a while. he probobly has some [censored] pair/draw and once u bet 200 again he will be convinced you are drawing and will shove to protect his pair, bluff you, ect. You arn't too worried about him drawing out on you with your hand and his range. Then when river blanks from a diamond you can make a big bet (shove) and it will look super suspicous and he pays off your Q.

There are many different things you could do here. You could check raise all in here on the turn. The only problem with this is if you check the turn, he may check behind with say the nut flush draw then if the diamond falls, you're crushed and if the river doesn't come a diamond, then you're not getting paid off. If you feel like he has a good hand or you think he is going to bluff the turn bet thinking you have just a flush draw, then check raising here I think is a good play. If you think he has a flush draw himself, now you can push cause at this point if he has a higher flush draw, then you have the best hand with the pair of Queens. Then again like bigball said, you could bet 200 here on the turn again. Generally whenever I see someone make a small bet, similar to the flop bet, this to me smells like a draw so if you were to bet 200 here again, then you would get raise here because your opponent thinks that you have JUST a flush draw and not the top pair to go with it. This is another way of trapping your opponent (assuming you feel you have the best hand here).

I think you continue with the same size bet (450-550) as the flop as you have now hit the "two overs" of your draw. Medium pocket pairs, T9 and 98 are certainly in Villain's range. If he calls and you hit your flush on the river you win an even bigger pot.
