over 1 million hands played, and I still can\'t read boards

Would anyone else make this mistake?

3 handed, very aggressive sb opens, I 3 bet 88 in bb.

Fop 663 w/ 2 clubs. He checkraises, I call. Turn 8c. He bets, I raise, he 3bets, I 4 bet, he calls.

River A. He checks, I bet, he raises. CRAP HE MUST HAVE A6 RHSGLDHGSJD I call.

Were you planning on raising any turn? I always 3bet flop. And ya, I think everyone misreads boards from time to time. Mine usually take the form of:

568TA

I have J9 nut straight raizE!

Mechanically derived misclicks should be much more common, or you might have ADD.

Even worse than not betting enough is capping the river with the nut straight that you don't actually have.

When I do this, I know I'm tired. Hopefully you can learn to catch yourself and logoff, before making the expensive mistakes.

One time I raised with Ax and some donk called with J4, flop is KK4 he bets i call, turn K he bets I call, then he instabet the river without waiting to see what it was...CASE KING so I raised his ass and he called with his jack kicker.

Oh and I have now twice seen people call a raise in BB and lead on flop, turn, and river, and the river puts a full house on the board, then when their opp raises they fold lol

Thanks Bill. I've probably done this almost 4 or 5 times in only 700k recorded hands. This is clearly a huge leak in my game, and your post was a real eye opener.
