Never slowplay TP. Especially with a draw on the board.

Bet more on flop. Never bet 1/3 pot and this board is really drawy.

Re: KK NL10, possible straight and flush draw

if you wanted to get money in the pot you should bet more on the flop. Any draw that's calling your meager bet will also call a PSB. With such a draw heavy board you also don't really want that much action. Especially OOP. With his little half a stack you want to charge him hard so he will most likely have to make a decision for his stack by the turn.

Re: KK NL10, possible straight and flush draw

Flop texture is very important in determining bet size. This is one of the most draw heavy types of flops, and it connects with many hands. So just pot the flop, and try to get as much money in against worst hands.
