Hand from my home game

This is a hand from my home game played last night. The blinds were .25/.50. We usually play NLHE but recently we have been alternating between hold'em and PLO. This is a hand I observed during that game and want to know if the hero could get away from the hand. It was 6 handed.

UTG folds
HERO (~$31) limps K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Cutoff limps
JJBuffone (Button) folds
SB (~$100) completes
BB checks

Flop A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (Pot $2)
SB bets $2
BB calls $2
HERO raises to $10
Cutoff folds
SB raises to $34
BB folds
HERO calls ALLIN

I was just wondering if there was anyway that HERO can get away from this flop. I thought it was pretty easy to assume the SB had a higher set when he re-re potted it. We are all learning this game and it served as a good discussion piece for the rest of the game. Btw, the SB had A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]10[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Also, I folded J-J-x-x on the button. Glad I didn't get involved in that one!

Easy fold after the reraise. it is obviously that he is against a higher set.

And the hand from hero is a realy bad omaha starting hand -> fold preflop

Are you trying to level him?

Obviously it's a bad limp but if he flipped up AA you should still never ever fold that flop unless somehow you have the miraculous read that the villain has AA and hearts.

You are right. I did not see his flush draw only the bottom set. So it is a call here. Even against a better set he has here the 2nd nut flush draw and a gutshot to improve.

This gives hero against a higher set without the nutflush draw 12 outs for the turn card and 11 outs for the river card.

Against his holding hero is an 2:3 underdog but he gets pot odds better than 1:2.

Yes and he is often a 3:2 or 7:3 favorite when the villain has a hand like AhKQTh or worse.

Thanks for all of the info. I was just making sure that the redraws were enough to keep the hero in this pot.
