I'd prefer to bet the turn here. It would also make the hand much easier while still getting value.

i thought that betting turn would scare away weak aces, so I could value them on the riv. bad logic?

it really looks like you don't have an 8 here so i'd call. i think you should bet the turn as well.

Because despite the fact that your hand looks very strong people will still call you down with Ax and flush draws. Plenty of value to be had on the turn.

Depends on the villain, why did you bet less than half pot on the river if you don't know what to do a raise?

I don't like the river bet much if you're not inducing a bluff raise. I think any player passive enough to only raise here having you crushed is probably calling a bigger river value bet when you're ahead. As played call w/o a v good read.
