Suppose you are confronted with by someone with magical powers that tells you if you agree to his proposition, sexually transmitted diseases, including AIDS will all disappear instantly. You, being OOTers with kind and altruistic natures naturally want to accept. He gives you a choice of 3 things, and you must choose at least one. Do you go agree?

How come there isnt an option for "Nope, I dont want to get rid of AIDS and other STI's"? You should probably change your question to something that everybody would benefit from, such as ridding the world of ugly chicks, fat chicks, ugly and fat chicks. And then throwing in that all remaining women's boobs grow to size that a C cup is the 3 sigmas on the small size of the mean. I'd give up a bunch of stuff for that...

As a member of this society there are personal benefits to yourself when the rest of the population is healthier and have a higher standard of living.

Also helping others makes one less of a douche.
