NLTRN- 3bets preflop, AJ-AK OOP

hey, I wonder what the best line(or lines) is in these (for me) tough spots:
You 3bet in the BB with a strong Ace and the flop is all rags. If it happens to get checked to the turn, what's your play if the board stays something like 238T and you have AQo?
I know this is highly dependent on the opponent, but let's just say he is either a typical 100$ medium-aggressive player or super-aggressive.
Example:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (2 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|saw showdown

Button (t1500)
Hero (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Button raises to t90, Hero raises to t270, Button calls t180.

Flop: (t540) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero ??

1. Turn: (t540) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero ??

2. Turn: (t540) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero ??

Depends a lot on what his range is for calling a 3bet. I think you wanna try and rep an overpair as much as possible so maybe like a 1/3 pot c-bet on the flop or checking to the turn and putting out a similarly 'weak' looking bet.
