Best software for sweating sessions

Hey guys

interested in knowing what the best software is for sweating somoene elses session. Me and some friends have used logmein, but i dislike this software as it gives full access to whoever is watching you play. I would much rather prefer a program like beamyourscreen- although it costs $35/mo. Does anyone know what the best program in terms of speed/ quality is that does not have a monthly fee?

thanks

Remote Desktop (but again, the observer could control the remote PC). UltraVNC is also free.

Yea as i mentioned in my post, we've used logmein and its a good/great program (and free) but has some downsides.

1) you can control the other persons computer. On vista i have trouble enable/ disabling when my computer can be controlled- which i really dont like
2) if i'm watching someone, i have to move my mouse every now and then so that my computer doens't go to a screensaver- and this is a bit disrupting
3) the quality of the image/ speed is good. but i used a demo of beamyourscreen, and i thought it was significantly better

thanks for the replies though

I didn't test any other software except realvnc. ( http://www.realvnc.com/download.html )
It is pretty good with a flexible rights management.

yeah if you use vnc (i use tightvnc) you can disable the remote computers ability to control the host computer.
