UGGG another deep HU situation that confuses me
 

Villian calls pf loosely...so I guess this turn could have helped him...but how...

Hero raises to 12 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Villian calls.

Flop-- Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 10[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Villian checks, Hero bets 16, Villian calls.

Turn-- 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villian checks, Hero bets 45, Villian raises to 175, Hero calls.

River-- 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Villian goes all-in for 496.00, Hero?

Ok so I don't think he has 55...and I'm 99% sure that he'd raise the flop if he hit big. So, either the 5 helped him or he's bluffing. I just don't get how the 5 could have helped him. Put him on Q5? 105? And if he had a hand like 10 5 or 2 5, would he play it so confidently this deep? Confusing hand for me.

River seems like an easy fold

Turn can be a fold to vs. some (not too much of a read here)

Ok yayaya guy takes a strong line and we only have an overpair in a deep pot, therefore fold.

But his line isn't that strong since I'm almost 100% certain that he'd raise it up on the flop if he flopped something big.

So he has Q5, 105 (somewhat unlikely?), 25 (unlikely), a big Queen (though unlikely) or a bluff.

I'm not saying he's never bluffing here (maybe you caught one). I'm just saying you thought you were probably good on the turn, blank falls on river and now you want to fold.

No, I didn't catch a bluff--if I caught a bluff I wouldn't have posted it.

He had 10[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

I dunno, I think it's a tough fold HU. However, maybe the fact that people rarely make big bluffs this deep should make me lean towards a fold (I just felt I was ahead of his range and insta-called).
