Is inducing a bluff an option? If he's that aggressive I think he may be betting more hands (busted flush draws, straight draws) than he's calling with here. The only hands he [i]might[/] consider checking that you are ahead of are 9x or the smaller straight. But there's a good chance he bets those.

11 AF + PartyPoker = Never folding this

IMO, a CRAI is the best play. I think he's betting all kinds of [censored] on this river and will call raises with sucker straights 9x and overpairs given the odds he will be given if he bets. Also, he will bluff missed draws here like always with this aggression factor. Another bet isn't bad either, but I think it obviously has to be an AI as thats only like 70% of a pot bet and anything else is just weird.

Is it just me, or is the flop checkraise a bit small? He's getting about 3.5:1 on the call...

It's almost a minraise. Sort of one of those "re-raise me, I dare you" types of raises. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'd prefer a bigger flop raise with the flush draw out there, myself.

Ah, okay, anyway, the point of your post... If he flopped a set, do you really think he'd play it that slow on the flop? I'd expect him to jam rather than just call the checkraise. So I think you're good here most of the time.

That being said, I'm notorious paying off LAGs...
