$2R WSOP Satellite - AKs with 2BB on bubble
 

Satellite on the bubble: 48 left. 44 gets seats in $33R, even #45 gets $26.

With my stack, and the blinds, I only have 2BB left (8000/4000/400). However, that's about the average stack. I expect lots of shorties to bust out on this orbit, so I think I can fold into a seat. No one to my left can bust me, but the BB could do some damage. He might not consider the fold, since he would be all-in from the SB next hand anyway.

it looks like you can limp through another orbit. i would fold.

fold. If the avg stack is 2bbs and everybody is playing far from perfect strategy then AA might actually be a fold here too.

Thanks to prior advice from the forum, I was able to fold this, despite my initial instincts. And based on the subsequent action, I'm pretty sure that someone with 6 antes on the button could have folded their way in as well.

The hard part seems to be identifying exactly when you can fold into a seat. 2BB would usually worry me, but in this case, it was enough.

Pocket Aces is an easy fold in this position. AK - definitely so.
