Playing in Vegas I got this hand, 2/5 no limit
I was in the BB, got A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

MP raised to $55, I simply called it,
Flop comes A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I checked and he bet $75
I went all in with my remaining $685 trying to represent trips 3, he called and showed his pocket aces, A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I'm a new girl on this forum and also only started playing 6 months ago, Do u guys think I did the right play here?

i'd probably just get it in pre, or fold

i'd need a live read to tell you which, but without it, I would just get it in pre

So either way I'm tossed, by the way to make matter worse both turn and river are Kings so I made Full house but off course his full house is the nuts, thanks.

if 6-handed, just raise preflop + bet the flop.

here, your check raise loses value vs. AQ or AJ since they're likely to fold. Plus you want to price in a flush draw, not chase it out.

tHIS Is a 9 handed no limit at the Wynn, Mp already raised to $55 and I'm at the big blind so I only called his bet.
