***Official Royals will go at least .500 in 2006 Thread***

This year they might not lose 100. then again I've been a Royals fan all my life and since 1995 I've been one of the guys that always looked on their bright side. But over the last two seasons, even I have lost my faith.
Then again they did pick up some solid veterans so maybe a wild card is possible.

What kind of miracle would that take? Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against KC, but Bos, NYY, Ana, or Oak, would most likely have that wild card spot. I think it is fairly safe to say that one of those 4 teams would get it.

It would take a miracle in proportions of a miracle that has never been attempted before. It will never happen. I just tried to get my own hopes up for a second before they were crushed by May 25th.

Don't think like that man. They will easily be crushed before the end of April

I think this is a little unfair to CWS and CLE.

Different teams, almost the same story. I feel your pain brother.

I honestly feel bad for the Royals. It's clearly not fair.

Good luck with your miracle, man. I mean it.

It's the curse of Denkinger. They're clearly being punished by the baseball gods for that gift call they got in game 6.
