25NL AA and the dreaded flush card on the river

Ultimate Bet
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.125/$0.25.

Stack sizes:
Hero: $29.37
Button: $25.25
SB: $27.49
BB: $8.90

Villain is a 22/14/2. I've played quite a bit of hands with him and he usually shows down the goods. He is a solid winning player for this level. I'm not sure if he would semibluff the river if I checked. After looking over the hand, I believe a c/f may be the right way to play it unless he bets really small. I think he will check behind TP hands and he will bet flushes. The only issue is if he can fold a set to my bet which was probably too small to do that. Any comments appreciated, thanks.

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $0.75</font>, Button folds, SB calls, BB folds.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($1.75, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $1.75</font>, SB calls.

Turn: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($5.25, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $4</font>, SB calls.

River: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($13.25, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $6</font>

This is fine. Fold to a raise.

The fold is fine but you are not putting enough pressure on the villain.

Raise to $1 pre and pot flop and turn. If he is trying to make a flush make him pay through the nose

I agree with the preflop raise, but his flop and turn bets are fine. There is no need to bet more here, imo constant potbetting is just scared poker.

That is impossible

Raise more pre, rest looks fine except for river. I think IF you bet, you should bet more.
