SB steal into tight player - raise, push or don\'t steal?

Live tournament, $50 buy-in, 26 players. Top 4 paid. We're at the final table.

Villian is tight and understands the gap concept and tournament situations well. I've played with him a few times and my image is definitely tight, maybe even a little nit like.

Prior to this hand I've been relatively active, but nothing out of line for my image.

Blinds are 200/400 + 50, 10 players (1100 in pot).

I'm in SB with about 9,000 and villian is in BB with about 5,000. I am top 3 in chips. Villian is around 5-7 in chips.

Folds to me and I have 86os.

Villian is capable of a steal/re-steal a moderate % of the time and doesn't need a huge hand, but definitely won't push with any two. His range of calling a standard raise is definitely greater than his range of calling a push (i.e. he may call a raise with KQ, but won't call all-in)

What is the best line here?

Any. Folding here is good, raising against a nit good, calling less so.

I'd raise to 1200, fold to a push.
