Shouldn't most online gaming stocks be much lower? After the new legislation, making it harder for U.S. customers to transfer cash to and from gaming websites, shouldn't the profits of gaming stocks be much lower?

I am surprised that Bodog hasn't bought Party or 888 and taken it private so that they could get all the former US players from those sites converted to new Bodog players.
