2/4 i make a ridiculous fold
 

guy is 13/10/22.0 over 400 hands and has not gotten out of line or really done anything at all. He has 3bet me twice, and I've 3bet him like 3 times. Only one time we made it postflop and I missed my set and it went c/f.

Wow. Its nuts to think about folding this but I guess you probably are looking at a set a lot.

Does this guy repop AK? Does he slowplay big hands? Any other info?

I would probably call the flop and maybe fold to more aggression.

The highest card on the flop is a king, which can make the 2nd highest ranking pair in the game. Hero has a pair of aces, which is the highest ranking pair in the game. There is a good chance here that hero has the highest possible pair. There is an even better chance that if that is the case, no other pairs can beat hero's pair.

There are these things called "3 of a kinds" or "sets", which unfortunately beat Hero's said "pair." Does not villains play seem to be extremely skewed toward having said "set?"
