What is the most you withdraw from an ATM in one day?

I've heard 1,000 from some people and 1,200 from others. I've never had a card in the past and I haven't received mine yet, so I don't know for sure.

I got $890 out of an airport ATM machine when I was heading to Vegas back in October. Had $900 balance on the card but with fees and such I figured that was the most I could get out of the machine.

I believe the problem most people have is that the ATM machines themselves have a limit on how much they'll give.

The one I go to has a $500 limit. I've heard that you can take out however much is in your card as far as neteller's concerned; the only restriction they have is that you can only LOAD 1000/day. Can anyone confirm or deny?

I think you can only take out 1000/day.

I've been taking out 1000 per day. But yesterday, I took out 500. Then spent 50 for gas. Then when I tried to take out another 500, it said I had exceeded my daily limit. But I was able to take out 440.

over the last week, i have been withdrawing $600 a time in the following manner:

day 1: load $1000, withdraw $600, leaving ~$400
day 2: load $1000, withdraw $600 twice, leaving $200
day 3: load $1000, withdraw $600 twice, leaving ~$0

repeat as necessary, though you need a little extra on the card to cover the fees this way. you can definitely withdraw $1200 a day, I haven't tried more than that since the balance doesn't make it that high.

So maybe this isn't such a quick question. Any others, thoughts, experiences?
