Cant download UB

everytime i try and download UB software i get an error, like a cant connect to there server error, however i can view their web page, i think it might be a port error or something.

when using firefox, i get an error message saying 425 failed to establish connection, and in IE i just get the error message page, any ideas?

Just replying to let you know your post isn't going un-noticed. UB pissed me off a while back so I haven't logged in since being dis-satisfied by their customer non-service so I have nothing to offer. Sorry.
