instacall. I think a flopped set raises the flop as it is quite drawy. You beat any other 2 pair, and AK, AQ, AJ are just as likely to do this as well if they're aggro enough.

i think you can only consider not calling with very specific reads/information about villain.

Otherwise, I can see this happen with a number of hands you beat, smaller two pair hands being most likely, plus the slim possability of a semibluff, making it a must-call situation.
