Re: winning the battle, losing the war

maybe you shouldn't have check/minraised flop in last hand

Re: winning the battle, losing the war

You played it fine, current results do not matter.
When someone outdraws you with very bad odds - remember it is a part of the game, until they do crazy plays you will earn money from poker.

Do not minraise on flop in the last hand!

Re: winning the battle, losing the war

nice minraise with KK on flop, he folds if you put in a real bet

Re: winning the battle, losing the war

never would do that in standard play. the fact that he and i were explicitly at war entirely dictated how i played this hand. i knew he would come at me with a lot of hands, and knew he knew i would make moves on him, 3rd leveling, blah, blah, blah.
