Cardrunners help
 

I just bought a video on cardrunner and when I try to stream it (you have to enter username and password to get a license) the play button on the license is "grayed" out so I can't play it. Any ideas? Sorry if it's in the wrong forum.

it may be a browser issue, try it on a different computer

the videos work on one of my computers, but no the other... i tried various versions of WMP, but I don't think that's it... i think it's something about your browser (which i think is used to ask for the name and pw), but I could be wrong...

anyway, try a friend's computer

mine just completely doesn't do anything, i enter the info, and nothing happens, and the button stays gray, even if i click on the box

on my other compu after i enter the info, the screen changes, and the play becomes activated

don't really know what the diff is

Are you using firfox as your browser? I found I couldnt get the stream on that but it worked if I use IE.
