I have a slap bet on this. I need to know based on threatening eye patch or soothing bow tie if this man is good or evil.

Anyone that watched this weeks Mythbusters will know the real reason pirates wore eyepatches. And there is nothing evil about the reason....its actually quite cool.

WTF, the bow tie makes him even more evil in combination with the eye patch. He looks like Number Two in that blackjack scene from Austin Powers.
