Has PayPal changed their sending limit policy?
 

i use PayPal to pay for various stuff that i buy on ebay.com. it has always worked perfect. today, for the first time this year, i bought a movie and tried to pay using paypal. it didnt work however, stating that ive reached my sending limit and need to verify my account.

so i add a VISA card to get my account verified but paypal tells me that I need to add a Mastercard/amex instead. wtf. is this something new? is my sending limit reset the 1st of every month or do i need to apply for a [censored] mastercard to pay this guy for the movie?

and yes, i tried to find help on paypals webpage but it is the worst site ever.
