QQ on a dry flop, easy fold?

I've basically regulated QQ and JJ to set miners as they usually get me in trouble, hows my play here?

I haven't got PT yet but i have played with the villain numerous times, he seems like a solid TAG.

Solid TAG?

Instafold.

Usually, reraising ranges at this level are pretty tight. I have him from AK, QQ-AA. You're beat, especially with that raise.

Given that read was correct, which I think it was, would you still call preflop for implied odds even though you know (or think) you're behind?

Yep.

Calling preflop is still fine, I think. If we put him on that range, he will have missed AK on this flop and should fold to your flop bet. Also, if he is paying attention, you wouldn't want to give him the impression that you won't contest the pot if you see a reraise behind you.
