I'm ahead of villain's range, but I don't really want to play a big pot against him, knowing that there are two shorties. What do you think? Too weak/tight?

Yep, you can afford to call given the stack situation + you have position.

Play very slowly if you don't hit though (this is a situation where I probably don't c-bet if given the opportunity) but go on with TPTK would be my plan
